General Information
What is the mission of Creative Spirits?
Spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ is the primary mission, goal, and motivation behind everything done at Creative Spirits. The source of everything we do is through the grace and power of God, so He will be clearly on display in the designs and content we produce.
We look to inspire other creatives to use their God-given talents to glorify the original Creator. And for those who have yet to feel a creative spark, we hope to edify, inspire, and speak to you as well, for we are ALL made in God’s image and share in the fellowship of creativity.
How can I contact customer service?
You can reach our customer service team via email at csmerch@creativespirits.com. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours. Alternatively, you can chat online via the chat button on screen.
Prodcuts
What types of products do you offer?
Clothing items including T-shirts and sweatshirts are currently available, while new items are currently in production for future releases.
What sizes are available?
Our clothing comes in a variety of sizes ranging from S to 3XL.
Do you offer custom designs or personalization?
We do not offer custom designs or personalization due to all designs going through a rigorous production timeline. However, the shop will be continuously updated with collections and drops containing new designs and offerings.
Ordering and Shipping
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other common payment methods. All transactions are secure and encrypted, and options can be viewed via checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Once an order is made, production and packing time may vary. Once your order has finished production, it will be thoroughly checked to ensure it meets our quality standards before it is sent to you! Please allow about 1-5 business days for your item to ship.
If for some reason the shipping exceeds the estimated time, reach out to csmerch@creativespirits.store for updates and any resolutions that need to be made with your order.
Can I track my order?
Yes, when your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a tracking number detailing the estimated arrival time for your shipment.
Order is marked delivered, but I did not receive it.
If 3-5 business days have passed from when your order is marked delivered, but you have yet to receive it, first please verify that all your account information is correct - including apartment suit, ZIP code, etc.
Additionally, we recommend referring to your location's office or mail suit for confirmation that your package arrived.
If you are unable to locate your package, please reach out to csmerch@creativespirits.com with your order number and shipping address so we can assist you further.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition including the tag being attached. Additionally, please note that customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service team for assistance with returns: csmerch@creativespirits.store.
