Shipping policy

How long does shipping take?

Once an order is made, the timing for shipping may vary, so please allow for about 1-5 business days for your item to ship. During this time, your order will be thoroughly checked to ensure it meets our quality standards before it is received by you!

If for some reason the shipping exceeds the estimated time, reach out to csmerch@creativespirits.store for updates and any resolutions that need to be made with your order.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier's website.

Order is marked delivered, but I did not receive it.

If 2-3 business days have passed from when your order is marked delivered, but you have yet to receive it, first please verify that all your account information is correct - including apartment suit, ZIP code, etc. 

For larger orders, we recommend referring to your location's office or mail suit for confirmation that your package arrived.  

If you are unable to locate your package, please reach out to csmerch@creativespirits.store with your order number and shipping address so we can assist you further.   

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition including the tag being attached.
